Your Voice, Your Solutions

Over the past year, Your Voice has engaged with and listened to the voice of people in our communities. You have shared concerns, and more importantly, the solutions - what you feel is important to have in place so that we can recover from the impact of COVID-19 and overcome the challenges that many of our people experienced before it.
It's important to work together for a better Inverclyde for everybody - no matter what age - and important that there is something for everyone.
We have put together a survey to gather evidence and to show decision makers the possible solutions. This will be used as evidence to change the things that you have raised this past year.

Shopmobility Update
We are delighted to announce that Shopmobility at Your Voice is now open again!
Due to the ongoing situation, we have new procedures to ensure staff and customer safety at all times, and a new booking/appointment system is now in place. Remember, there is no criteria to join or become a member!
From Monday 3rd May 2021, our Shopmobility Service will be available by appointment on:
- Monday 10am - 3:15pm
- Wednesday 10am - 3:15pm
- Friday 10am - 3:15pm
- Saturday 10am - 1pm

COVID 19 - 2021 Update
Our office remains closed to the public.
The Scottish Government has advised Scotland should remain in the highest level of lockdown. For what this means for Inverclyde, please CLICK HERE. Accordingly, we have once again taken the decision to close our offices, including Shopmobility Services, and all staff will be working from home. We will continue to be available by telephone, email and through our social media and website.
Our staff, including our Community Connectors will continue to communicate regularly with local people to check in on them and action accordingly.
We did not take this decision lightly, but as a Community Organisation we are obligated to do our utmost to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the people who use our service, as well as that of our staff team.
